What we collect when you post or make videos with 7xxxi, why we need it, who helps us look after it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 4 November 2026
Who we are. 7xxxi is run from Queensland, Australia. In this policy "we" means 7xxxi and "you" means anyone who signs up with it, as a poster or a creator.
Questions or requests go to contact@7xxxi.com.
What we collect
- Your account. Your first name, email and password. The password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, us included.
- Where you are and your phone. The country you sign up from and whether you use an iPhone or Android, worked out from your connection and browser, and the same again now and then when you open the app. We use these to set your starting share and to check it still fits.
- Your sign up address. Kept only as a scrambled code, to stop people making lots of accounts and to keep invite rewards fair.
- Your answers. Which apps you use, how often you can post, and who invited you.
- Your age check. A yes or no that you are 18 or over, and when it was checked. The selfie is taken and checked by our age check provider, and is deleted there once the check is done. We never get or keep the photo.
- The accounts you post on. The Instagram and TikTok usernames you give us for the character, and the videos you upload to the app.
- Your payout details. The Paxum email you want your share sent to, your ABN or that it is a hobby if you are in Australia, and what you have been paid.
- Your devices. A code that remembers a phone or computer you have signed in on (we only keep a scrambled copy of it, which also lets us see when a creator code is used from the creator's own phone or computer), and, if you turn them on, what is needed to send you notifications. Also the time zone your phone is in and which emails you want, so emails come at the right time.
- How the site is used. Which sign up steps people reach, with the email replaced by a scrambled code, so we can make sign up easier.
Why we use it
- To make and protect your account, and to send your sign in and reset codes.
- To check you are 18 or over before you can post.
- To set and update your share, match sales to the accounts you post on, and pay you.
- To give you what to post and remind you when it is time.
- To stop fraud and abuse, and to follow the law.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for ads.
Who helps us
A few services store or handle your details for us, only to do the job we use them for:
- Supabase for accounts, data and uploads.
- Vercel for running the site.
- Resend for sending emails.
- Didit or Yoti for the age check.
- Cloudflare for our email address.
- Paxum for sending your share.
Some of these keep data outside Australia, mostly in the United States. We only use services that look after data properly.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your account is open. After you stop, we keep what we need for payouts, tax and fraud checks for up to 7 years, and delete the rest. Uploads you no longer need are cleared out over time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account yourself in the app (Delete account), or ask us to delete your account and details, apart from what the law says we must keep.
- Turn notifications off at any time on your phone.
Email contact@7xxxi.com from the email on your account and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, or to the privacy regulator where you live.
Keeping it safe
Your connection to 7xxxi is encrypted, new devices need a code from your email, and only the few people who run 7xxxi can see account details. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Age
7xxxi is only for people 18 and over. If we learn someone under 18 has signed up, we close the account and delete their details.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is a big one.
